Therapy Services

  • I work with individuals who want to feel better. Using an empathetic, acceptance-based approach, my clients increase awareness and insight into the past and present. They gain self-acceptance and take more control in their lives. If you experience depression, anxiety, identity concerns, or just want to feel more satisfied in your life, I may be able to help.

  • Couples often come to therapy because they become stuck in patterns that aren’t working. Frequent arguments, emotional distance, stigma from the outside world… I work to interrupt couples’ cycles of conflict and strengthen what does work.

  • In group therapy, you learn that perhaps you’re not as different as you think or that you’re not alone. You’ll meet and interact with people, and the whole group learns to work on shared problems. The more you involve yourself in the group, the more you get out of it.

I currently run a New and Expecting Moms Therapy Group and an Anxiety Therapy Group. Both groups are virtual and meet weekly for 8 weeks.

  • Whether you are exploring your identity, working through a transition, or fully out and living an integrated life, clients often desire support around issues of gender and sexuality. I have specialized training in trans, gender-diverse, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and queer issues. I am passionate about serving this population and would love to work with you, however you identify.

  • My standard fee for services is $150 per 50-55 minute session. Group therapy is $60 per 75-minute session.

I accept insurance through Alma - to find out more about using insurance to pay for therapy, visit helloalma.com or go directly to my profile.
